Random Game Picker

Not sure what to play next? Enter your game shortlist or load unfinished games from your GamingStation backlog. Pick a random title with an equal chance for every unique game.

Random Game Picker

Pick your next game from a custom list or your saved backlog.

Turn your shortlist into a decision

Enter between two and 200 game titles, with one title per line, then click Pick a game. Each unique title has an equal chance of being selected.

For a more useful result, include only games you are willing to play today. Remove anything you cannot currently access or do not have time for.

Pick from your saved backlog

Select Load unfinished backlog to read games saved by the GamingStation Game Backlog Tracker in the same browser and on the same website.

The picker includes games marked Backlog, Next up or Playing. Loading them does not change their saved status, progress or priority.

If no saved backlog is available, paste your titles directly into the list.

Can the same game appear twice?

Yes. Each click makes a fresh random selection, so a previous winner can appear again.

Duplicate titles in the input list are counted once, ignoring capitalization. Entering the same title several times does not increase its chance of being picked.

Does the picker consider game length or ratings?

No. It chooses from your list without evaluating completion time, difficulty, reviews or your available playtime. Backlog priorities do not affect this tool’s equal-chance selection.
